Well, darn. You're such a good storyteller, any one of these could be a yarn, Rodrigo. I'm torn between #1 and #3.

Here on Vancouver Island, we do have cougars hanging about, in fact there's been one spotted not a mile from my house in the past few weeks. Still, I have never heard of one who could open a sliding door, and you don't mention that the door had been left open, so I don't know how he (or she) could "saunter right into the house." Based on that, I'm going with door #3, figuring you wouldn't have parted with the puck if you'd been lucky enough to get it.
