Thank you for the welcome to "Coffee Times," Winston, and for the tips on building habits.

I've heard people mention the 21/90 rule, where you commit to a goal for 21 days to make it a habit, and then continue to do it for a further 90 days. By then, it's supposedly become a permanent lifestyle change. I can't say I've ever counted it out like that myself, but breaking a bad habit by repeatedly doing a better replacement habit seems to work. Thanks!
