In my writing, I try to focus on quality rather than quantity. I do research, which eats up a day or two, and then I edit my work the day after it's written. Apparently this is not the way to succeed on Medium, but so be it.

In life, I have sometimes gone the "false economy" route, but I am learning that purchasing well-made clothing, etc., is rewarding in the long run.
