I'm with you, Stephanie. I'm also more likely to follow through if I can quickly jot a note or check mark in a physical notebook. Pulling up and entering data on an Excel spreadsheet always begins to feel like work to me. I have lots of Excel spreadsheets with 2 days of entered data that died on the vine on day 3.
