I have been where you are at. I've even had this test. Yes, you worry ... but if we lived in another time, or a less privileged country, these sophisticated diagnostics and therefore targeted rememdies wouldn't even be available to us. Ignorance wouldn't be bliss, it would be even more dangerous. You're so right, none of us are "owed" anything, in the end.
