I am old enough to remember when there were flyers tucked into books in a certain area of our university library, telling students who found themselves "in trouble" about someone who would "help them" if they could get themselves to Buffalo. I'm sure some took the risk and made the journey. Where's there's a will, there's always been a way. Surely in the 21st century, we don't want this sort of thing recurring.
