As one Ferrari to another, I can relate, and have come to accept my sub-optimal stamina. Careful with that wrist. My friend had a similar fall recently while hiking, and thought it was just a bad wrist sprain because she could still (kind of) wiggle her fingers.
Turns out there's a tiny bone in there called the scaphoid bone. If it's been compromised, the wrist must be immobilized (splint) or it will not heal properly, resulting in long-lasting tingling and nerve pain. X-ray may be warranted if pain continues. Good luck.
